OOF master shall be a tool to handle Descent3's OOF format.

[edit] Why it was never officially released

The newest version of OOF master can be gotten on our Upload Tracker. However, there was never announced a release. This is because it was unsure by now what this tool should really do. The following solutions were possible:

• a simple library that can read OOF data into structs (current state of development - writing to OOF planned)
• a tool that displays the OOF model (or even an editor)
• a commandline tool to convert between different format
